Dmitri Zasage founded Solanasis, a fractional CIO, CSIO, and COO firm for established companies running on stretched IT, fragile workflows, and tribal knowledge. Twenty-plus years across operations, security, ERP work, and bootstrapped SaaS.

He brings the operating-layer view. Where the business is leaking capacity. Where the systems are fragile. Where the team is carrying load the software should carry. Where AI can or cannot safely help yet.

Architecture, AI, & engineering

Ivan Smirnov spent five years at Google as an engineer and has led technology at startups that reached billions of users. He has advised more than ten companies as fractional CTO and built scalable platforms across GCP and AWS.

He brings the architecture and AI-era engineering depth. The kind of senior platform thinking that lets a modern operating layer actually scale without breaking the business.
