Dmitri Sunshine
Operations, security, and systems
Dmitri Sunshine has spent more than 20 years building enterprise systems. He taught himself to code as a teenager and left college at nineteen to build full-time. That work became InReach Solutions, an ERP platform for social-services agencies that he bootstrapped from zero to roughly 80 organizations across the country, and ran for fourteen years with no outside capital.
Today he runs Solanasis, a firm built on operational resilience and responsible AI. Its work runs from security assessments where disaster recovery is actually tested, to data migrations with chain-of-custody, to AI built with audit trails and governance guardrails. He brings the operating-layer view: where a business is leaking capacity, where its systems are fragile, and where AI can safely help.
